Bad Jeff’s journey begins with our passion for delicious, high quality, food. 15 years back our team began producing delicious beef jerky as a hobby for friends, local businesses and bars. That was the birth of Bad Jeff’s Beef Jerky. From there we expanded our focus by opening Bad Jeff's Barbeque restaurant in Prague’s Vinohrady district in 2014, quickly becoming the premiere BBQ restaurant in whole Czech Republic. Whether Beef Jerky or BBQ sauce, our goal was simple - delicious BBQ, made with passion and served with a smile. Based on feedback from our customers we have expanded our focus yet again with the goal of bringing high quality BBQ Sauce and Beef Jerky to anyone who shares our passion.

Classic spicy sweet sauce according to the American recipe. Favorite smoky aroma and taste.
Ingredients: ketchup (potable water, tomato paste, sugar, modified starch, alcoholic vinegar, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate; seasoning), sugar, pineapple juice from concentrate, hoisin sauce [sugar, potable water, fermented soybean paste (potable water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), salt, sweet potato powder, colour: e 150a; modified corn starch, dried garlic, sesame paste, spices, salted chillies, acid: e 260], tonkatsu sauce (drinking water, sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, alcoholic vinegar, salt, tomato paste, corn starch, modified corn starch, hydrolysed soya protein, apple pulp, colour: caramel; spices, carrot concentrate, onion concentrate), worcestershire sauce (barley malt vinegar, fermented spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies, tamarind extract, onion, garlic, spices, flavouring), fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), drinking water, tamarind paste (tamarind, drinking water, salt, acidity regulator: e 330; preservatives: e 202, e 211), aceto balsamico di modena vinegar [wine vinegar (wine, antioxidant: potassium disulphite), concentrated grape must, colour: e 150d], mustard seed, smoke flavouring, granulated garlic, potato starch, edible sea salt, ground paprika, ground chilli, ground black pepper. May contain traces of egg, milk and celery.
Storage conditions
Store at a temperature of + 2 °C to + 25 °C. After opening, refrigerate at + 2 °C to + 8 °C and use within 2 weeks.
